ALCATEL Mobile Phones Reaching New Heights in 2008
Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) April 19, 2008 -- At the CTIA Conference 2008 in Las Vegas, Nevada, TCT Mobile CEO, Dr. Liu Fei, today reinforced the company's long-term objective in providing the North American market with mobile phones to consumers who yearn for unique design, style and quality phones at competitive prices, while highlighting the achievement of the company's first year goals.

Within the year of entering the North American market, TCT Mobile has secured a solid partnership with a major national GSM carrier. ALCATEL mobile phones' OT-E206A handset was recently introduced by the network and is available to affiliate MVNEs and MVNOs. The introduction of additional handsets are also currently under discussion, including the
OT-E227A, OT-V270A, OT-S210A and OT-V209A.

In the last quarter of 2007, TCT Mobile marked a second key achievement with its ALCATEL mobile phones brand entering selected major distribution channels. Sears, the leading home appliance retailer in North America, launched a series of ALCATEL mobile phones and accessories in November 2007, expanding distribution channels to over 500 stores within the United States, with expectations to double its reach by May of this year.
The National Analysis Center (N.A.C.) approval on a selection of mobile phones and secured distribution agreements with several telecom distributors including Quality One Wireless, Aerovoice and Brightpoint will enable TCT Mobile to further expand its distribution channels
and reach to customers. In addition, regional carriers, including Chinook Wireless, SunCom and Corr Wireless will also work with TCT Mobile to provide coverage for ALCATEL mobile phones across the North American region.
TCT Mobile has noted that they will be partnering with several fashion brands to produce unique handsets soon to be released in the North American market.
